The establishment is located in the Sestiere San Polo at number 1104, in the Campo San Silvestro located in the historic centre of Venice, only 200 metres from the Rialto Bridge and other tourist attractions of the city.
Our establishment, whose rooms are designed to give our guests a quiet and welcoming stay, is equipped with every comfort and allows you to easily reach all the points of the lagoon city, from the historical to the most evocative and artistic ones such as the Basilica of San Marco at 800 meters, while the Palazzo Ducale in the Piazza San Marco, the Church of the Frari and the Bridge of Sighs are reachable in 5 minutes on foot.

In our structure, located in the centre of Venice, we have 6 comfortable air-conditioned rooms, all equipped with Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with shower and bidet.
In each one you will find a comfortable and spacious wardrobe, a safe, satellite TV, a hairdryer, a minibar and a kettle. In addition, we provide our guests with the necessary linen and a courtesy set with perfume, shampoo and soap.

We have borrowed the names of the rooms at the Residenza San Silvestro from nature's treasures: you can stay in the Aquamarine room, the Mother of Pearl room, the Jade room, the Diamond room, the Emerald room or the Sapphire room.
